How do I take care of Bronze Corydoras and other fish in my aquarium?
Bronze Corydoras added an aquarium containing a Pearl Gourami, a blue gourami, paradise fish and snails. My combination of fish ok? What should I feed the Bronze Corys? They eat snails, algae, and leftover food? Can I add my Bronze Corys another tank containing a betta fish? All other fish can I add to my deposits?
How big is your tank? The Corys should go well with your gouramis. Do you have a problem with his aggressive blue Gourami? He who is not very compatible, unless your tank is very large (40 + gallons). Currently I have a pearl gourami with 4 Bronze Corys, and some tetras in my 29 gallons and they do great. The Corys eat any food that falls to the bottom. Every other day, I give an algae wafer or shrimp dumplings. Moreover, they are best kept in groups of 4 or more, you really enjoy spending time with them. How big is the tank with the betta? If is 10 + gallons, a group of Corys function. Contrary to popular belief, bettas can be housed with other fish, just not other bettas or other fish fins that long or currents that resemble another betta. Do not put a betta with a gourami. If your tank is overloaded gourami can add some tetras. I have 5 skirts white and 3 Cardinals with my gourami and everybody gets along.
